PRESENTATION
Circô is an original creation designed to enrich and diversify performing arts programming. The project offers a unique dinner-show experience, blending circus arts, cabaret aesthetics, and immersive performance. Built on a contemporary artistic vision, Circô draws inspiration from musical theatre and modern circus, in the spirit of productions such as The Greatest Showman. From this creative approach emerges a hybrid form: an immersive cabaret dedicated to the circus arts, brought to life by a gallery of performers who shape Circô’s distinctive and captivating universe.
The show opens with a countdown leading into a spectacular introductory scene. This festive and unifying moment brings together all the characters in a direct and engaging encounter with the audience. The evening’s dramaturgy is then structured around three artistic sequences of approximately thirty minutes each, interspersed with breaks that ensure the smooth flow of the dinner-show experience and encourage interaction with the audience. Each sequence features a succession of choreographed and musical acts highlighting various circus disciplines.
Every act develops its own strong identity through visual aesthetics, sound design, and costume. Aerial disciplines play a central role in the artistic proposal, supported by a technical setup allowing performances at heights of up to 11 meters (with a minimum requirement of 5 meters).
Circô offers a rich and multi-layered experience, alternating between festive moments, spectacular performances, and more intimate, poetic scenes. The connection with the audience is guided by a Master of Ceremonies, a central character whose humor and improvisational skills allow each performance to adapt to its specific context.
FORMATS
Designed as a modular creation, Circô can be presented in various formats: indoor or outdoor, as a dinner show or as a standalone performance.
Its flexible structure also allows for different durations and configurations, including a two-part version, adjustable intermissions, or a happening-style format.
Circô is part of a contemporary approach to circus arts, offering an immersive, accessible, and visually striking experience for a wide audience.
